Fre & handdrawings
During highschool I took drawinglessons as part of my exam. I think these classes were the hours of school I enjoyed most. Besides the asignments for school I used to draw a lot for myself. Inspiration came from all kind of sources; photos, poems, asignments, music, text...I obliged myself to use various materials (like paint, chalk, ink, oil-paint..)

During my studies in Delft, architecture, I learned to draw in a more technical way, first by hand, but as the computer took over a lot, we now draw most of the time with the computer, using the 2D and 3D CAD- and visualisation programs. But besides the obliged technical drawing program I took as many side-courses as possible, with various themes, like the city or the human body.

Fre & Photography
The first two pictures are taken with a rising sun at Tenerife, summer 2005, while the other two where taken with a sundown in Amsterdam, Blijburg, summer 2005
....amazing all of them with the orange light.

The next pictures are taken in Greece on one of the many islands of this beautiful country. I am really charmed by these old small vilages with their half crumbled white walls. I tried to seek nice compositions and tried to play with shadows. This country is so photogenic..

Besides designing buildings I love to work with other arts and try to design as much as possible. For example this design I made for my longboard.
The longboard was powered by sickboards, check their site! (http://www.sickboards.nl/) and of course, what about my own website...
I always loved to make handdrawings. I think my passion to create came to existance during highschool, where I did drawing as a part of my final exam. See it yourself.
Furthermore I like photography a lot, but this is certainly something I still have to learn a lot of. In future I think I will take lessons and buy a real good camera.
